This means that if its more of a classic mercedes and its occasionally used, our flexible packages accommodate everyone's needs.
Q. So how does the process work from something going wrong with my car to you fixing it for me?
A. As a company, we believe that customer should always be kept first. This includes courtesy calls to inform you of anything which the car needs done to it to inviting you down to the premises and get one of our engineers to run through the problem which the vehicle may have. Once you have accepts our quote for the repair, we can source manufacture approved parts ourselves and fit on-site too.
Q. I'm currently a new customer and plan on having three vehicles serviced through you, as high mileage users, do you offer something different to a 12,000Mile warranty?
A. With all our customers in mind, our flexible after services packages suit everyone's pockets for no more cost than what you paid on the day. Offering a choice of 12,000Mile or 12Month warranty, simply tell us what you want and we can accomdate your needs.

Q. If my car was to break down and my recovery were unable to take me to a Mercedes garage, can i have my car delivered to you?
A. Parkway offers a service welcoming cars from recovery companies where the car is delivered to us or a collection service where we come and collect the car from you *
